ABOUT THE GAME
Bipi & The Witch is a charming yet spooky survival adventure that blends cute hand-drawn characters with an eerie Halloween atmosphere. Players take on the role of Bipi, the loyal bat apprentice to a powerful witch, tasked with gathering ingredients needed to brew magical potions and forge weapons used to battle the monstrous creatures threatening the land.
Explore a mysterious farm filled with hidden resources, navigate dangerous encounters, and stay one step ahead of the terrifying scarecrow that stalks the grounds. Use your wits, keep an eye on your surroundings, and find safe hiding spots when danger draws near.
Featuring a unique mix of 2D character art and immersive 3D environments, Bipi & The Witch delivers a delightful balance of whimsy and suspense. Atmospheric sound design, stylized visuals, and tense survival gameplay create an experience that is both charming and unsettling from start to finish.

This view showcases the fully textured barn, highlighting the final materials, surface details, and overall visual quality of the asset. As the primary angle from which players will encounter the barn during gameplay, special attention was given to creating a strong silhouette, readable forms, and an inviting focal point within the environment. The surrounding props and textures work together to reinforce the rustic atmosphere while ensuring the structure remains a visually engaging landmark within the scene.
This view showcases the interior of the barn as experienced by players when entering through either the front or rear entrance. The space was designed to feel functional and believable, with carefully placed props, structural details, and textured surfaces helping to establish the barn’s purpose and history. The open layout supports player navigation while maintaining visual interest through layered environmental storytelling and a cohesive rustic atmosphere.
This collection showcases several of the environmental props created for the project, including a barrel, crate, and wooden fence. Each asset was designed with a low-poly workflow to maintain strong in-game performance while still delivering clear silhouettes and visual appeal. Careful attention was given to optimizing geometry and texture usage, ensuring the props could be used throughout the environment without negatively impacting performance. These assets help populate the world, enhance environmental storytelling, and contribute to the overall rustic atmosphere of the scene.
This view showcases the completed barrel and crate assets after the UV mapping and texturing process. Careful UV layout optimization was used to maximize texture space and maintain consistent texel density, while the applied materials help convey the aged, weathered appearance of well-used farm equipment. The final textures enhance surface detail and visual readability, allowing these props to integrate naturally into the environment while remaining efficient for real-time game performance.
